Simmered Hamburger Stroganoff
|Minced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground beef||2 Pound|
|Canned mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned cream of chicken soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)|
|Chow mein noodles||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Saute minced onion in butter.
Add beef and brown slightly.
Add flour, seasonings, and soups.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add sour cream and serve over chow mein noodles.
