Broiled Flounder With Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
  Light mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dill pickle relish 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1 Teaspoon, divided
  Flounder fillets 24 Ounce
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped dill 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon wedges 2
Directions

1. Preheat broiler.
2. Combine first 3 ingredients and 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce in a small bowl; set aside.
3. Sprinkle fish with 3/4 teaspoon hot sauce, lemon juice, and next 3 ingredients. Place fish on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
4. Broil fish 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
