Creamed Finnan Haddie
|Finnan haddie||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
In blazer pan over moderate heat, melt the butter.
Add the flour and let bubble.
Place over boiling water in pan and stir in the milk.
Let cook, stirring occasionally until mixture is thickened.
Add salt to taste and pepper and cooked finnan haddie.
