Butter Crunch Confection Cookies
|Dates||8 Ounce, chopped (1 Package)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter crunch||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Toasted coconut||4 Ounce (1 Can)|
Cook dates in water until thick.
Fold in 2 1/2 cups Butter Crunch and toasted coconut.
Roll into cylinder (2" wide); roll in rest of Butter Crunch to coat outside.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Slice about 1/4" thick for cookies.
