Swiss Olive Morsels
|All purpose flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped ripe olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped pimiento||1 Tablespoon|
|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated swiss cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
Grease an 8-inch square baking pan; set aside.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, beat eggs.
Stir in flour, baking powder and garlic salt.
Add olives, pimiento, cottage cheese, Swiss cheese and melted butter or margarine; stir until just blended.
Spoon evenly into prepared pan.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes in preheated oven until firm in center; cool slightly.
Cut 8 horizontal rows and 5 vertical rows.
