3 Cup (48 tbs), uncooked (Quick Cooking / Regular)
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Knead until well blended.
Roll dough into small balls and place on greased cookie sheets.
Flatten with fork.
Edges of dough will break and will not remain perfect circles.
Bake at 375° for 15 minutes, or until light brown.
Cool thoroughly before removing from cookie sheets
