Swiss And Sprout Sandwich Special

  Pumpernickel bread slices 2
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Swiss cheese slices 2
  Spinach leaves 6 , washed
  Tomato 1
  Red onion 1 , sliced
  Alfalfa sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), washed and drained
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 2 Tablespoon

1 Butter pumpernickel. On one slice layer the Swiss cheese, a few spinach leaves, two thin slices of tomato and some red onion rings.
2 Mix alfalfa sprouts with 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion and just enough mayonnaise or salad dressing to moisten.
3 Place alfalfa sprout mixture on top of sandwich and cover with remaining bread slice.
