Nesselrode Meringue Dessert
|For meringue shell|
|Vanilla ice cream||1 1⁄2 Quart, slightly softened|
|Chopped toasted almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flaked coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Nesselrode||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Bake Meringue Shell.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Fill shell with Nesselrode mixture.
Freeze 6 to 8 hours.
Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving to make cutting easier.
