Apricot Meringue Cookies

Ingredients
  Powdered sugar/1 1/2 cups powdered sugar + 6 packets sweet 'n low 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 4 , beaten
  Chopped dried apricots 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Other Dried Fruit Can Be Substituted)
Directions

Measure all the dried ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Beat the egg whites and fold into dry mixture.
Add the chopped apricots.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet sprayed with Pam Spray.
Bake 15-18 minutes at 325° F.
