Antoine's Cafe Brulot Diabolique
|Cinnamon stick||1 Inch|
|Lemon||1 , peeled, cut thin|
|Brandy||4 1⁄2 Ounce (3 Jiggers)|
|Strong coffee||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Place in a silver bmlot bowl (or a chafing dish) the cinnamon, cloves, lemon peel, and sugar.
Place brandy in a large ladle, ignite brandy and pour over ingredients in bowl.
Keep ladling brandy over ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
Gradually add coffee, ladling the mixture until flames fade.
