Microwaved Apple Crisp

Ingredients
  Apples 4 Cup (64 tbs), peeled, sliced
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oats/Old-fashioned oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (quick cooking, uncooked)
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Place apples in 1-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) until apples are tender-crisp, 2 1/2 to 4 minutes.
Set apples aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl.
Micro wave at HIGH (100%) until hot and bubbly, 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, stirring after half the cooking time.
Spread over apples.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) until apples are tender and topping is bubbly, 4 to 6 minutes.
