Apricot & Walnut Crumble
|Dried apricots||8 Ounce (225 Gram)|
|Water||10 Fluid Ounce (250 Milliliter)|
|Plain flour||8 Ounce (225 Gram)|
|Butter/Margarine||4 Ounce (125 Gram)|
|Caster sugar||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|Walnuts||2 Ounce, chopped (50 Gram)|
1. Place the apricots and water in a small covered dish and heat for 8 min on Microwave Power HIGH. Leave, covered, for 16-18 min. Place in the bottom of a suitablepie dish.
2. Place the flour in a bowl and rub in the butter or margarine until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs, stir in the sugar.
3. Spoon the crumble over the apricots then top with the chopped walnuts.
4. Cook on the low rack on Combination for 23-28 min, until the crumble is browned.
