Chocolate Meringue Cookies
|Chocolate chips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pecans/Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Coconut||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Place in heaping tablespoonfuls on a wax-paper-lined baking sheet.
Place baking sheet in oven and immediately reduce temperature to 250° F.
Bake 40 minutes, or until meringues are golden.
Turn oven off and allow meringues to dry undisturbed until oven is cool.
