Beef & Rice Stroganoff
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Brand)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Sliced onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Catsup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a large skillet, brown beef; drain.
Stir in rice, water, salt, garlic salt, onion, soup and catsup.
Bring to a boil.
Cover tightly and simmer 20 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Let stand covered until most of liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
