|Cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Mild mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||To Taste|
Melt the cheese in the top of a double boiler.
Gradually add the cream, stirring the mixture constantly.
Add the salt, pepper, mustard and Worcestershire sauce and continue to stir until the mixture is very smooth and very hot.
