Peek A View Stroganoff
|Canned beef stroganoff||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Pillsbury's Best)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|For golden mushroom sauce|
|Canned condensed golden mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place stroganoff in small saucepan over low heat while preparing batter.
Melt butter in 2-quart casserole in oven.
Beat eggs in small mixer bowl at high speed of mixer until light and fluffy.
Add 2 tablespoons of the melted butter and remaining ingredients.
Beat only until smooth.
Do not overheat.
Pour batter into hot casserole.
Immediately spoon stroganoff into center of batter.
Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes.
