|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Shredded zucchini||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Shredded carrot||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Finely minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh chopped dill/1 teaspoon dried dill weed||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||1 Dash|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Beer||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine ground beef, zucchini, carrot, onion and seasonings in medium bowl; mix lightly.
Stir in egg and beer.
Shape into four patties.
Grill 8 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once.
