Gouda & Ginger Dutch Pancakes
|Dutch pancakes||6 (Plate Size, Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Gouda cheese||1 Pound, thinly sliced|
|Chopped preserved ginger in syrup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Follow directions for pancakes.
As each is cooked, slide onto an ovenproof dinner plate.
Arrange 1/8 of the cheese in a single layer on top of each cake, then sprinkle with 1/8 of the ginger and pars ley.
Place in a 400° oven until cheese melts, 6 to 7 minutes.
