|Diced pared pears||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh)|
|Tart apples||3 Medium, pared and diced|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon (Fresh / Frozen / Canned)|
|Diced swiss cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Celery slices||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Broken california walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Sprinkle pear and apple cubes with lemon juice.
Add cheese, celery, and nuts.
Toss lightly with mayonnaise.
