  Old fashioned oats 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Packed light brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Unsalted butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (At Room Temperature)
  Chopped almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs), lightly toasted
  Chopped crystallized ginger 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. To prepare the topping, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Add butter and rub in until coarse crumbs form. Stir in almonds and ginger.
