Hungarian Paprika Soup Stew

Ingredients
1 large onion, chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound ground chuck
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed vegetable soup
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of potato soup
1 soup-can
Directions

1 Saute onion in oil in a large saucepan. Add beef, breaking up with wooden spoon; cook 3 minutes or until all pink has disappeared from meat. Stir in salt, paprika and pepper.
2 Combine soups and water in a 4-cup measure; pour over meat and onions; stir
