Swordfish With Spiced Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
  Light mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced red onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped sweet pickle 2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Swordfish 1 Pound, cut into 1-inch pieces
  Limes 2 , thinly sliced
  Cucumber 1 Large, peeled, cut into 1/ 2-inch slices
  Canola oil 2 Tablespoon (For Brushing Skewers, Grid, And Fish)
Directions

Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Thread skewers, alternating with swordfish, lime slices, and cucumber.
Brush fish lightly with oil.
Preheat the grill.
Place kabobs on grid over ashen coals.
Grill about 6 minutes or until done, turning once.
