Ground Beef Stroganoff
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Brown gravy mix||5⁄8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Chopped onion/1 tablespoon instant minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1 Small Sized)|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||4 Ounce, drained (Use Liquid For Part Of Water, 1/2 Cup)|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In 1 or 1 1/2 -quart casserole, crumble ground beef.
Cook uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring once; drain.
Stir in gravy mix, onion, mushrooms and water.
Cook covered, 7 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and let it stand, covered, about 1 minute to heat through.
