Hungarian Noodle Squares

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Water 1
Directions

Mix together flour and salt; stir in beaten eggs.
Blend in just enough water (2 to 3 teaspoons) to make a stiff dough.
Roll dough out on lightly floured surface to 20xl5-inch rectangle.
Cover and let rest 20 minutes.
Cut into 1-inch squares.
Drop into a large amount of rapidly boiling salted water; cook till noodles are tender, 15 to 18 minutes.
Drain.
