Tijuana Hash

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  All purpose/Self rising flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Pillsbury)
  Canned corned beef hash 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Place butter and cream cheese in 9-inch pie pan.
Place in oven to melt butter (cream cheese will not melt).
Remove from oven.
Add flour and mix until a dough forms.
Press in bottom and sides of pie pan.
Combine hash, green pepper, chili sauce, chili powder and onion powder.
Spoon into pastry; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown
