Easy Beef Stroganoff
|Sirloin steak||2 Pound, cut into strips|
|Sliced fresh mushrooms||16 Ounce (1 Pint / 2 Cups)|
|Onions||2 Medium, sliced|
|Beef bouillon||4 Teaspoon (Or Cubes)|
|Mustard||1 Teaspoon (Dry / Prepared)|
|Water/1/3 cup water and 1/3 cup red wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In 2 or 2 1/2 -quart casserole, combine steak, mushrooms, onions, bouillon and flour; mix well.
Stir in catsup, mustard, salt and water.
Cook covered, 8 minutes or until meat is desired doneness, stirring occasionally.
Stir in sour cream; serve over rice or noodles.
