Navajo Peach Apple Crisp

  Peeled sliced peaches 2 1⁄3 Cup (37.33 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen, Thawed)
  Peeled sliced granny smith apple 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Peach brandy 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Reduced calorie margarine 3 Tablespoon, chilled, cut into small pieces
  Pine nuts 2 Tablespoon

Preheat oven to 375°.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a 2-quart casserole coated with cooking spray; toss well.
Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl; cut in margarine with a pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse meal.
Stir in pine nuts.
Sprinkle flour mixture over peach mixture.
Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
