Navajo Peach Apple Crisp
|Peeled sliced peaches||2 1⁄3 Cup (37.33 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen, Thawed)|
|Peeled sliced granny smith apple||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Peach brandy||1 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Reduced calorie margarine||3 Tablespoon, chilled, cut into small pieces|
|Pine nuts||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 375°.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a 2-quart casserole coated with cooking spray; toss well.
Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl; cut in margarine with a pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse meal.
Stir in pine nuts.
Sprinkle flour mixture over peach mixture.
Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
