Peach And Red Fruits Crumble
|Red fruits||500 Gram (Raspberry, Red Currants And Blackberries)|
|Almonds||60 Gram, chopped|
|Butter||150 Gram (In Knobs)|
Preheat the oven to 240°C.
Peel and remove the nut from the peaches and cut them into half moon slices.
Clean all the red fruits.
Put them in a gratin mould.
Mix the flour with the almonds and sugar.
Cut the butter into knobs and add to the flour mixture.
Rub the mixture together with your fingers.
The resulting mixture should look like big grains of sand! Put the mixture on top of the fruits and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until the surface turns golden
