Brown Edge Cookies
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cornstarch||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chocolate morsels||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (semisweet)|
|Pecans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
Combine flour, cornstarch and salt; set aside.
Cream the 1/4 cup butter and sugar; beat In egg.
Gradually stir in dry Ingredients.
Mix in chocolate and pecans.
Drop by level teaspoonsful 2 inches apart, onto greased cookie sheets.
Brush with melted butter.
Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown around edges.
