Nutmeg Spiced Swiss Fondue
|Shredded swiss cheese||16 Ounce (4 Cups)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White wine||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
In 1 1/2-quart dish or casserole, combine cheese, flour, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
Add wine and mix well.
Cook covered, 6 minutes, stirring several times during the last 2 minutes.
Stir well after removing from oven to finish melting cheese.
If all is not melted, heat 30 to 60 more seconds.
Stir in Kirsch.
