Swiss Peppered Steak

A delicious house hold favorite, that's so easy to make. a great comfort food
Ingredients
  Canned diced tomatoes 15 Ounce
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm), chopped
  Celery stalks 2 , diced
  Beef broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Tenderized round steaks 5 (about 1/4" thick)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

add the oil to a large skillet and heat
season each steak according to your taste
fry each steak until medium well
remove from skillet and drain oil from the pain
add 1/2 cup of water and deglaze reserving broth
add your vegetables
return the steaks back to the skillet with the vegetables
add the beef broth
simmer for 1 to 2 hours on low heat.Enjoy
