|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Crisp rice cereal||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Flaked coconut||1 Tablespoon|
Put butter, dates, and sugar in a skillet.
Cook over low heat for 6 minutes.
Remove from heat and add eggs, vanilla extract, nuts, and cereal.
Let cool; form into balls and roll in coconut.
