|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Press eggs through sieve.
Cream butter, shortening, and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add salt, flavorings, and sieved eggs.
Add enough flour to make a moderately stiff dough.
Chill for several hours or overnight.
Form dough into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375° for about 10 minutes.
