|Brown bread slices||4|
|Finely chopped boiled vegetables||150 Milliliter (Carrots, Cabbage, Green Peas, Cauliflower, Potatoes, French Beans)|
|Fresh cream||4 Tablespoon|
|Thick fresh curds||2 Teaspoon|
|Grated carrots||2 Tablespoon|
|Mustard powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Pepper powder||1 Pinch|
1. Mix all the ingredients for the sandwich filling.
2. Divide the mixture into two and spread over 2 slices of bread.
3. Cover with the other 2 slices.
Cut each sandwich into two, decorate with cress and serve.
