Russian Sandwich

Ingredients
  Brown bread slices 4
  Finely chopped boiled vegetables 150 Milliliter (Carrots, Cabbage, Green Peas, Cauliflower, Potatoes, French Beans)
  Fresh cream 4 Tablespoon
  Thick fresh curds 2 Teaspoon
  Grated carrots 2 Tablespoon
  Mustard powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper powder 1 Pinch
Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients for the sandwich filling.
2. Divide the mixture into two and spread over 2 slices of bread.
3. Cover with the other 2 slices.
Cut each sandwich into two, decorate with cress and serve.
