Polish Finger Cookies

  Ground nuts 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Pound
  Butter 1 Pound
  Egg yolks 5
  Milk 13 Tablespoon (3/4 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Dry yeast 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Powdered sugar 16 Ounce (1 Box, To Roll Dough In)

Mix sugar and nuts together for filling.
Mix flour and butter together, add egg yolks and mix in well.
Boil milk and sugar.
Add yeast.
Let this rest and bubble, then mix into flour mixture until dough feels like pie dough.
Dough does not raise.
Measure half teaspoon of dough; roll out on powdered sugared board.
Put 1/2 tsp.nut mixture on and roll up lengthwise.
Place on greased cookie sheets, 1/4" apart.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
May be frozen.
