|Unsifted flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Egg||1 , lightly beaten|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Sift flour, combine following ingredients: butter, sugar and egg; stir.
Add vinegar and sour cream to form a biscuit dough consistency, solid enough to roll.
Divide into 4 parts; roll one piece very thin on a floured board.
Keep the rest of dough covered.
Cut into strips about 3/4 inch or 1 inch wide and 3 inches long.
Cut a short lengthwise slit in the center of each strip.
Pass one end of the strip through the slit and repeat.
Fry in deep fat until golden brown, drain on paper towel and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
