Wilted Dandelion Greens
|Young dandelion greens||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Saute bacon crisp.
Drain on paper towels.
Crumble bacon and set aside.
Add vinegar, salt and pepper to drippings.
Heat to boiling.
Pour over dandelion greens.
Sprinkle with bacon and grated parmesan.
