Hamburger Stroganoff With Burgundy

Ingredients
  Green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned mushrooms 16 Ounce, sliced (4 Cans, 4 Ounces Each)
  Ground round beef 2 Pound
  Lemon juice 6 Tablespoon
  Burgundy 6 Tablespoon
  Beef consomme 2 Can (20 oz)
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Medium noodles 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Commercial sour cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Saute onions and garlic in butter.
Add mushrooms and beef and cook until redness is gone.
Stir in lemon juice, wine, soup and salt.
Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
Stir in uncooked noodles.
Cook, covered, for 10 minutes.
