|Tomatoes||3 Large, cut in 16 slices|
In 2-quart saucepan, stir together mayonnaise, flour, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.
Stirring constantly, cook over low heat 1 minute.
Gradually stir in beer until smooth.
Stirring constantly, cook until thick; do not boil.
Stir in cheese until melted.
Arrange toast and tomato slices alternately on 4 plates; pour on sauce.
