Welsh Rabbit

Ingredients
  Real mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Hellmann's Or Best Foods)
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Beer 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 8 Ounce (2 Cups)
  Whole wheat toast slice 8 , halved diagonally
  Tomatoes 3 Large, cut in 16 slices
Directions

In 2-quart saucepan, stir together mayonnaise, flour, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.
Stirring constantly, cook over low heat 1 minute.
Gradually stir in beer until smooth.
Stirring constantly, cook until thick; do not boil.
Stir in cheese until melted.
Arrange toast and tomato slices alternately on 4 plates; pour on sauce.
