Stroganoff Supreme

Ingredients
  Margarine/Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Round steak 1 Pound, cut into thin strips
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, cubed (1 Package)
  Beer 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Hot parsleyed noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Place 3 tablespoons butter or margarine in a deep, 2-quart, heat-resistant, non-meallic casserole.
Melt on high 30 seconds, uncovered.
Add steak strips to butter and Microwave, uncovered, on high for 10 minutes or until meat is browned.
Add onion, mushrooms and seasoning to meat.
Microwave, uncovered, on high for 4 minutes.
Add cubed cream cheese and beer to meat mixture and heat, uncovered, on high for 6 minutes or unil cheese melts.
Stir occasionally.
