Swiss Green Pea Salad

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Torn romaine lettuce/Iceberg lettuce leaves 2 Quart
  Crisply cooked bacon strip 6 , crumbled
  Swiss cheese 6 Ounce, cut into matchstick- size pieces
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Red onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Celery stalks 2 , thinly sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine mayonnaise, sugar, nutmeg, and mustard; set aside.
In a salad bowl, mix together lettuce, bacon (reserve 2 tablespoons), cheese, peas, onion, and celery.
Pour over dressing and toss gently to coat evenly.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Garnish with reserved bacon.
