|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tabasco pepper sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon (Additional)|
|Grated swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Melt butter in Sunbeam-Multi-Cooker Fry pan set at 300°F.
Add cream and heat until bubbling.
Break eggs into cream; season each with salt and a dash of Tabasco sauce.
Reduce heat to 260°F. and cook eggs until whites are nearly set.
Meanwhile toast bread in toaster and butter it.
Sprinkle cheese over eggs and cook until whites are set.
Remove eggs to toast slices.
Add sherry to cream in Frypan; cook 30 seconds.
Pour over eggs on toast.
If desired, sprinkle with slivered toasted almonds.
