Dutch Baby Pancakes

Ingredients
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Melt margarine in 9x9 inch pan or 9 inch pie pan in oven.
Using blender, whirl 4 eggs.
Add while blender is still on: Milk, flour and sugar for 30 seconds.
Pour into hot margarine in pan.
Bake at 375-400° for 25 minutes.
