Swiss Cheese Vegetable Salad
|Swiss cheese||12 Ounce, cut into match stick size pieces|
|Green peppers||2 Large, cut into thin, 2 inch long strips|
|Green onions||2 Small, thinly sliced|
|Celery stalks||3 , thinly sliced|
|Carrots||4 , shredded|
|Sliced pimentos||4 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
|Chopped smoked salted roasted almonds||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sour cream/Unflavored yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Liquid hot pepper seasoning||4 Drop|
In a salad bowl, mix together cheese, peppers, onion, celery, carrots, pimentos, and almonds.
Combine sour cream, mustard, hot pepper seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste; blend well.
Pour over vegetables and toss to blend.
