Swiss Cheese Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
  Swiss cheese 12 Ounce, cut into match stick size pieces
  Green peppers 2 Large, cut into thin, 2 inch long strips
  Green onions 2 Small, thinly sliced
  Celery stalks 3 , thinly sliced
  Carrots 4 , shredded
  Sliced pimentos 4 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)
  Chopped smoked salted roasted almonds 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sour cream/Unflavored yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Liquid hot pepper seasoning 4 Drop
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a salad bowl, mix together cheese, peppers, onion, celery, carrots, pimentos, and almonds.
Combine sour cream, mustard, hot pepper seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste; blend well.
Pour over vegetables and toss to blend.
