|Nonfat cream cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted|
Brown the margarine slightly in a frying pan.
Let it cool and transfer it to a bowl.
Add the sugar, acesulfame-K, and cream cheese.
Beat until smooth and blended.
Add the vanilla and baking powder.
Add the flour and mix.
The dough will be crumbly.
Using your hands, roll the dough into smooth balls about the size of walnuts.
Place each on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Put half an almond on the top of each ball Bake in a 250°F (120°C) oven until golden brown, about half an hour.
