Chicken N Swiss Stacks

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 3 Tablespoon
  Snipped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Dried rosemary 1⁄8 Teaspoon, crushed
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Head of lettuce 1
  Green peppers 2 Medium, thinly sliced into rings
  Swiss cheese 6 Ounce, sliced
  Thin onion slices 6
  Sliced cooked chicken/Sliced cooked turkey 6 Ounce
  Cucumber 1 Medium, sliced
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, thinly sliced
Directions

Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, horseradish, mustard, rosemary, and garlic powder.
Mix well; cover and chill.
Slice off core end of lettuce head, Continue cutting crosswise slices to get 6 slices that are 1/2 inch thick.
For each stack, top lettuce slice with 2 green pepper rings, 1 ounce cheese, 1 slice onion, 1 ounce of sliced chicken or turkey, 4 cucumber slices, and 2 tomato slices.
