  Italian sausages 6 (About 1 1/2 Pounds)
  Beef rump roast 2 Pound, cut into 2 inch pieces
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Dry red wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned italian peeled tomatoes 14 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)
  Swiss chard 1 Pound, cut into 3-inch pieces (Stems Included)
