Pineapple Danish

Ingredients
  Low calorie white bread slice 2 , crumbled
  Part skim ricotta cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar substitute 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Equivalent To 2 Teaspoon Sugar)
  Reduced calorie margarine 1 Teaspoon, melted (Margarine Tub)
  Drained canned crushed pineapple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Firmly packed dark brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Spray small individual ceramic casserole with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
3. In small bowl, combine bread, cheese, sugar substitute, and margarine; press into casserole.
4. In same bowl, combine remaining ingredients until blended; spread evenly over bread mixture. Bake until golden, about 20 minutes. Cool.
