|Coarsely chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Eggs||6 , slightly beaten|
|Hamburger buns||6 , split and toasted|
In skillet, brown ham and cook green pepper and onion in butter until tender.
Blend soup, eggs, and pepper; add to ham mixture.
Cook over low heat.
As mixture begins to set around edges, gently lift cooked portions with large turner so that thin, uncooked portions can flow to the bottom.
Continue gently lifting cooked portions until eggs are completely set, but still moist.
