Griddled Swedish Pancakes
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Salad oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Sift flour, add sugar and salt.
Then add eggs and milk gradually, stirring until well-blended.
Let stand 2 hours.
Beat well before baking.
Heat griddle to 400° (or pancake griddle until hot).
Grease with salad oil.
Pour on batter and tip griddle until batter covers it thinly.
Let bake until brown on one side.
Turn and bake lightly.
Cut in 3 sections and roll up each one.
Keep warm in oven until ready to serve with hot maple syrup (butter melted in it).
